Magnum
This Magnum is 48" wide and electronics ready came in at 14oz. Weight with electronic came in at 29oz. A big attention getter, and doesn't lose it's feel like some other larger foamies. Intended motors are in the 3.5oz, 350watt range. Running a Torque 2818-900 with a 12x6SF prop is insane. A 12x6E prop would be a better fit, but I like the APC 11x7SF the best. Were combining 3mm and 9mm foam along with a monster square tube wing spar to provide a lighter chassis, and greater strength. The Magnum 48 builds like the rest of the LRC group and carries a big presence in the sky. |
