Yak
Our Yak is a beast! We've dialed it
down a lot, but it is still a performer,
maybe still a little too much. Very fast
response, and a decent tumbler, along
with those Yak looks, make this one an
attention getter. I prefer this plane with
the more powerful motor and batteries.
The DS400ES and an 1000mAh GT
pack make this thing a blast. Running
without the optional horizontal fuselage
pieces are also my personal
preference. It isn't recommended to
start off with long servo arm with this
model, it's just too much. Weight with
the DS400 motor and a GT850 pack is
about 12.2oz. With an undersized prop
and over sized battery the flight
becomes very muck like a larger,
heavier ARF.
